I hope so. The purpose of giving them to someone else was
that I didn't have time to do it, and they are something
that could be done by anybody.

They have been progressively pushed back since 4.0.0

It seems ludicrous to me that we are going to push through
290 open issues in 4 weeks when a lot of these issues have
been sat around for months.

In fact, most of these 290 issues aren't even real issues.
They are just bug reports that nobody has looked at.
I bet when somebody does look at them
they will just be closed as invalid.

I assigned them all to the 4.0.4 release just for that purpose.
i.e. a tidy up excercise.

I ask again Project leads, I've mentioned this before twice
with nothing getting done.
Please do you job and review your bug reports.
They should be either confirmed and scheduled for a release
or closed as invalid/incomplete information.

Also note that these 290 issues are just "bug reports"
I haven't even looked at all the orphaned tasks, patches
and feature requests.
