The major things left are (a) use jbossretro for jbossws (b) the
installer (c) resolve existing testcases and any other failing tests
that may pop up, especially in jbossws.
The (d) misc items could also be deferred for GA.
It would also help if we can run the 4.0 testsuite more often until we
get the release out.
