I didn't have anything better to do in a Sunday night, I was then playing around improving the code of JBossProfiler.
Then I realized a single object (org.hsqldb.persist.CachedObject[]) taking 196624 bytes on JBoss-4.0/default right after startup. Further investigation showed an array of 49152 items, and it looks this is referenced inside a method (thread). I don't think (or don't know if) we should do anything about it.
