Juha added the hook for shutdown to cleanly branch into the shutdown
sequence from a console in jdk1.3. That worked well for jboss1.0 so we kept
that in jboss2.0. The bug in the VM of IBM is real (threads keep trolling I
have to manually ps aux | grep | kill -9 everytime I run a test) but hey I
am so happy I can come back on Linux dev that I will stick with it.
afaik (I am not sure Norbert does it for spyder), spyder doesn't use the
trick and ctrl-c will just well... ctrl-c the whole
thing, so you do exit the normal java process.
