Sorry about this. I was making a joke based on Marc's claim that
he was bored. When I said this, I don't think stateful session beans
even worked. :-)
Actually, it's inevitable that some parts of the 2.0 specification
require a particular implementation of a feature that was left to the
discretion of the container provider in 1.1, such as syntax for
specifying finder methods for CMP beans. We should definitely
implement these EJB 1.1 features with an eye toward our 2.0
version if possible.
FYI, you can find information about the changes from 1.1 in the
public draft of the 2.0 spec, available from Sun's web site. (Section
1.2, "What is new in EJB 2.0.") It just came out for public review; I
haven't even read it yet. :-)
