I've removed jboss.xml from the "Getting Started" tutorials, both Windows
and Linux, and I've adjusted the clients to lookup("Interest") instead of
lookup("interest/Interest").
That leaves a hole in our tutorials. Anybody want to describe how to use
jboss.xml correctly and wisely?
