Hi all,
I am going to be teaching an EJB course January of
next year and I need a recommendation for a text book
that is up-to-date.. I originally read the O'Reilly
book and since have been using the Sun Specifications
so I am kind of out of the loop with EJB books.
The one that has been suggested to me is Mastering EJB
by Ed Roman, but after reviewing it, it is still
focusing on EJB 1.0 with an appendix that refers to
the 3rd public draft of 1.1, but notes that the code
has never been tested (because of lack of a 1.1 app
server)..
Sun's EJB page points to their forthcoming EJB book:

But that is not slated to be released until 12/29 (and
we know that that will probably slip)..
So any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
