Folks, sorry if you feel this is inappropriate but a fellow graduate of X (Ecole Polytechnique) and my ex-lieutenant in the army is looking for employment in the US, preferably SF/SV. He is a "big caliber" with experience at IBM where he lead the CASE/UML tools. He was also on the OMG spec leads.
