Ug! Your kidding!
Well, thats good news then. That implies that all the features I wanted in
the PROD 04 beta is in 2.0 final and thats what I need. I now understand
your prior message saying that 2.0 final has those features.
This is why I was so confused. I was looking at the binary download page.
It lists the release, and four beta versions that hasve features I was
interested in. I assumed the beta versions were for the next public
release. You would have to admit, the names PROD 01 through PROD 04 give no
hint that these are beta releases of 2.0 and not 2.1.
Besides, why list beta builds of the now released final product, especially
if there is no way to actually get one of these beta versions (no CVS tags,
no source snapshots)?
Sorry to be consumeing so much bandwidth on this. I'm not usually so slow
on the uptake! But I would recoment a clarification on the binary
distribution page.
