If JNDIView does not show the bean, and there is nothing on the console output, then NetBeans did not deploy the bean properly. You should probably search the "JBoss and Netbeans" forum (http://www.jboss.com/index.html?module=bb&op=viewforum&f=234) to see if there is already a post about this, and if not, ask the question there.
