I'm not sure, but it seems that you named you datasource jdbc/app_crpgs
but the configurations of the mbeans still refer to DefaultDS. Try either renaming your datasource to DefaultDS, or editing all the references to DefaultDS in all the xml files in conf/ and deploy/ to match your chosen name.
