Not sure if this is caused by the meta refresh tag. Could try to change to use
javascript "window.settimeout" on the html body tag.
something like this:
<body onload="window.setTimeout('reloadFrame()',10000);">
The javascript is something like this:
function reloadFrame() {
try {
clickLink('hiddenLink');
}
catch(e){}
}
