As far as I understand  from your question, this is not related Eclipse JBoss 
Cache IDE question, just eclipse user question. 

 If you like to see the all methods of the TreeCache class in eclipse 
environenment, first of all ensured that TreeCache class exist in your project 
classpath. And then in your class using the TreeCache instance, you could use . 
(dot) notation after the TreeCache variable to see the all TreeCache methods. 
Like this

 public class X {
    private TreeCache treeCacheInstance;
   
    public void init(){

       ......
       treeCacheInstance.(show all methods when you type dot)

       .....
    
   }
 }
