Nevermind, I managed to solve it by telling the MainDeployer (%JBOSS_HOME%\server\qprcc5\conf\xmdesc\org.jboss.deployment.MainDeployer-xmbean.xml) to leave .bsh files alone, ie I removed them from the setEnhancedSuffixOrder attribute.
