Hi Peter,

Both "user" and "admin" are created. jbp_enabled is set to 1. My *-ds.xml file 
is as follows


  <local-tx-datasource>
    <jndi-name>PortalDS</jndi-name>  
<connection-url>jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/portal?useServerPrepStmts=false&amp;jdbcCompliantTruncation=false</connection-url>
    <driver-class>com.mysql.jdbc.Driver</driver-class>
    <user-name>portal</user-name>
    portal
  </local-tx-datasource>


Still facing the same issue.
