Sorry, no.  The jndi-name isn't parsed; doing that in jboss.xml would result in 
JBoss internally essentially doing this:

new InitialContext().lookup("jnp://node1:1100/ejb/LucyServicesBean, 
jnp://node2:1100/ejb/LucyServicesBean")
