The second beta release of the JBoss Negotiation project has just been made. The JBoss Negotiation project provides a Tomcat authenticator and JAAS login module which can be used to add SPNEGO negotiation to any web application deployed to JBoss.
The authenticator and user guide can be downloaded from http://jira.jboss.com/jira/browse/SECURITY-266 Further information on the project is available in the Wiki http://wiki.jboss.org/wiki/JBossNegotiation This release now contains documentation on how to use the authenticator with FreeIPA http://www.freeipa.org/. This release also contains a new LDAP login module that supports chaining after the SPNEGOLoginModule and also supports GSSAPI for the users and roles searches.
