Almost, but the URL you have mentioned points to a specific patch branch. I would rather suggest to use the sources from the jbpm-3.2.3.GA tag: | http://anonsvn.jboss.org/repos/jbpm/jbpm3/tags/jpdl-3.2.3.GA/ and yes, the /console sub-directory holds the UI pages for the jbpm-console web-app, whereas /jbpm4jsf is the place for the JSF library sources.
