First of all always use up2date JBossWS version (3.1.0.GA currently) Your problem can be caused by the fact that you are running the client code from your IDE and you're using different SOAP stack and not JBossWS as you think. To verify my claim use JBOSS_HOME/bin/wsrunclient to run your client code. If it will work, you're using different SOAP stack and you need to configure your IDE properly.
