Please do not post the result here. Instead, examine the thread dump looking for the busy thread(s). Then you will know what code is probably in a loop, though you might have to take several thread dumps a few seconds apart to verify this. Also, until this is running, start the app server from the command line. Do not use Eclipse!!!
