TejJBPM, this is jBPM 3, right? If you've got a process-state node in the process definition that you are trying to delete, you might want to try to delete the child process before. Although I have to say I don't see this FK violation in my environment (jBPM 3.2.5.SP5, MySQL 5.1.35, mysql-connector-java-5.0.7)
