The only solution that occurs to me is to upload the dtd files in the ROOT folder and add a namespace pointing to the folder. The impression that I have is that the resolver is a new development in JBoss so we may have to wait for a more detailed documentation. Nevertheless, it seems that it wil be quite useful.
