First, why are you installing 4.0.5? That is an ancient version. You should install 5.1.0 instead.
Second, what do you mean by "nothing is happen"? Do you mean that after 8 hours the download has not finished? Or do you mean something else? If it is a download problem, what URL are you getting the downloads from? I just now downloaded 4.0.5 and it took only about 12 minutes.
