Bernd was refering to the fact that jBPM5 is currently not yet supported,
meaning that you can't buy a support subscription just yet (if you need a
support subscription NOW, you can get support for jBPM3 however).  This is
however the normal way of project evolution, we are now really close to
offering jBPM 5.0 in the community, and productization will start after that
(which includes additional QA, integration, configuration, documentation etc.),
after which it will be offered as (part of) a product by JBoss / Red Hat.

Anyway, jBPM5 is (almost) ready and stable, and will be supported by Red Hat in
the future (for many years).  Migrating to jBPM5 will put you on a version that
is actively being developed, improved and fixed if necessary, so migrating now
should only give you advantages long term.
