This process is not present in Guvnor, but its on the classpath at runtime, which console looks up first before it tries to get processes from Guvnor. As far as how to proceed, just make sure processes you upload to Guvnor do not have contain any expressions that use the http://www.w3.org/1999/XPath http://www.w3.org/1999/XPath language, because the parser will not be able to parse them currently.
