Have you tried to restart the server and is the problem gone after restart? 2. After you start the process, can you confirm if the process instance is really created by checking the Database table "ProcessInstanceLog" ? 3. Can you clear the server.log and try to start a new process instance, then see whether there is any error in the log? 4. this one is similar to 3. Clear the server.log, and try to get list of process instance, then see whether there is any error in the log.
