First of all my environment.
Windows XP

| I'm able to give little more details. The error occurs with both types
Float AND Double. But only if you submit an integer value or a decimal digit
with 0 in the precision.

| 12.0 error
| 12.00 error

| without the s:decorate tag it is working correct!

| the error messages is shown in the faces message. no exception available.
