Is there currently a way to use a global navigation rule e.g. <navigation-rule> | <navigation-case> | <from-outcome>foo</from-outcome> | <to-view-id>/foo.xhtml</to-view-id> | </navigation-case> | </navigation-rule>
in pages.xml?
