Wow, you don't really want QA and dev talking to each other, do you? Should run them on different mcast addresses/ports if they're on the same LAN. Re classloaders, you then need to register a context class loader for the specific region so that the unmarshalling layer knows which class loader to use when unmarshalling objects.
