(it's for MySQL but it's almost the same for MSSQL)
what's wrong with your configuration is that you don't have any jdbc connection
properties defined. These lines

| <property
name="hibernate.connection.url">jdbc:jtds:sqlserver://192.168.0.2</property>
| <property name="hibernate.connection.username">jbpmsa</property>
| <property name="hibernate.connection.password">testjbpm</property>
| <!-- JDBC connection properties (end) -->
should not be commented out (assumed that they contain the proper settings for
your db).
