hmm... spoke to soon.. The order issue I found was when in batch mode.
Same batch mode issue is also in JDBCPersistenceManager.handleBeforePrepare(List, List, Transaction) There seem to be the same in non batch mode as well.. INSERT_MESSAGE_REF is inserted before INSERT_MESSAGE.
