Hi KJ, I think the first issue is that your JBoss server is shutting down unexpectedly (or had you been trying to shutdown the server when you got the error?).
Second, in Eclipse, in the Server view, right click on the Jboss server that you have configured and click "open". Click on the "Open Launch Configuration" link. In the Twiddle arguments, you should see the text "-S" in the program arguments. Add the following text to these arguments "-S --user=[username] --password=[password]" The username and password are the values you set when you were configuring JMX during the JBoss installation.
