The purpose of my writing is to attest to the character of Greg Chew who appears to have been unduly ridiculed as a consequence of a recent business dealing. My background is that of a member of the London Stock exchange from the late 1980's to the present where since the mid 1990's I have known Greg in both a professional and personal capacity. To my knowledge, while I would fully expect greg to behave in a competetive manner in any business dealing, I would have no reason whatsoever to expect his attitude to be anything other than ethical. Some advice as to the individual who appears to have been slighted, I would suggest that he approach Greg with a view to resolving the matter as despite occasional disagreements in the past as par of the normal course of business, I have always found Greg approachable and fair. Moving to a close, might I add that a practice of using a web based forum as a means to slander any individual I regard as childish and if anything a poorer reflection on the author as opposed to the intended subject. Finally, as regards the slanderous allegations in this instance, the particulars of which I regard as undeserving of comment such is their baseless grounding in any fact.
