You don'n need both of these.
jboss-tomcat-2.1-beta.zip=jboss+tomcat
and all the classes you need are there.
The jar in question is tomcat-service.jar,
located in $JBOSS_HOME/lib/ext.
If you get the jboss-contribs.zip , in the tomcat subdir you can build a
tomcat test client to test your config.
