When did you get this error:
- compilation ?
import javax.rmi.*; - i mean javax.rmi, not java.rmi
-run time ?
be sure that tomcat is running under java 1.3
(tomcat can check for .tomcatrc for instance)
which platform?
embedded tomcat or standalone?
