I've started getting the error: [DirectoryListingEJBean] Transaction OracleXid [ID=257, Global=tom/32213,Branch=] timed out. status=STATUS_ACTIVE ...in my EJB log. Once this error occurs it seems to latch - I have to stop and restart the EJB container. Does this message indicate anything useful ? Also related to this problem I suspect, I see 60,000 consecutive identical lines in the jboss logfile which say... [Bean Cache] Passivated overaged bean DelegateAccountEJBean with id = o18 a10510 ... 60,000 times repeated ! The system was only up for 2 hours with a couple of people using it - what's going on here then. Is this one bean being re-used 60,000 times or 60,000 different beans ? If anyone knows the answers I'll eat my hat.
