oh If I�m not mistaking, this is the GUI for Jboss CMP.
try going into ...Jboss-2.2.1_Tomcat-3.2.1/jboss/bin/
and run :
java -jar ejx.jar
and there you go
:)

btw, I recomend XML-spy for editing XML files, it�s excellent.
