Title: FW: [JBoss-user] jBoss with JBuilder4
This is solved by telling jBuilder where you are running your executable i.e in the jBoss directory.
 
Setting is Project Properties -> working directory

just to let you know Im getting exactly the same error...
It sdriving me mad and have found no answer on the user list..
If you'v got any answers please please forward them.
