That's very interesting! So it seems to depend on the runtime environment. I am 
seeing this bug when I run JUnit test from within Eclipse that are clients to a 
locally running JBoss instance. My JUnit tests are using required libraries 
directly from the JBoss installation directory.

What is your use case exactly, phon? Are you accessing JBoss from an 
application client?
