Hello, I have an application consisting of several Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB 3.0) that need diverse roles to be accessed. The EJBs are accessed through a web-based interface that starts with a login page where users sign on and receive their roles. These roles are also to be used for the EJBs. However, I did not find any information on how the principal information can be passed from the embedded Tomcat to the J2EE container. Could you please give me some hints as to what classes I should use or some documentation I should read?
