Actuall, my hibernate.cfg.xml already is using connection instead of 
datasource, e.g.
    org.hibernate.dialect.HSQLDialect</proper
ty>
    org.hsqldb.jdbcDriver</pr
operty>
    jdbc:hsqldb:mem:.;sql.enforce_stri
ct_size=true
    sa
    


I am not using hibernate.connection.datasource property, so I am not sure why 
jBPM is looking up the datasource using JNDI instead of connection.
