Well, Acegi seems to have a JBoss adapter as well. Unfortunately I haven't had the time to look at it. But looking at it from another point of view: what is that j2ee security is lacking that you would need Acegi for? I'm no expert of Acegi but at a first glance it seems to address the same problems of the J2EE security components...
