You don't have to put those libraries in your client. You can build the client as you want (i.e. with .NET and C#) and it will run ok.
Those libraries are only required under JBoss WebServices server. If you are using Java you need Apache Axis. Download and install it. For building a client you must run utility WSDL2Java for generating stubs. For running the client you need those stubs and libraries that you'll find in lib directory of Axis. And that's all.
