hi,
   you need to access it via "UserLoginBean/remote".
the bean interface implementaion is deployed in the JNDI under remote. the bean 
name defines the context.

e.g.:
 
  | UserLoginRemote obj = (UserLoginRemote)ctx.lookup("UserLoginBean");
  |
