Thank you guys for your answers! I´m just hoping to run JBoss on my old 600Mhz laptop with 256 RAM and Ubuntu 6, so is it really out of the question? I mean, in that document mentioned before it said that 512 is the minimum.
I wouldn't be running any critical realtime server or any hard-loaded webserver though, just few small applications the connect to the internet every now and then.
