I have exactly the same problem. Did somwone have a solution for that ? of course one of solutions will be to separate class files for WEbservice and EJB bean, but only one thing that I need is access to EntityManager and making a separate EJB bean class which will duplicate EntityManeger methods is stupid from my point of view.
