Use Jetty. It's a better web-server. Supposedly, Jetty is much faster than Tomcat 3.x. I don't know about Tomcat 4.x. I've used Jetty in production at 2 different places and www.jboss.org runs on Jetty as well. JBoss 3.0 and later versions will always be integrated within the core. In other words, JBoss and Jetty have formed a solid partnership.
