Is it thrown when you render the page, or when you submit the form? Anyway, AFAICT, the exception is being thrown because you already have a long-running conversation associated with the request when the @Begin method is called. Remove the "id=1" bit, I'm sure the exception still occurs. (If it goes away, then yes, that would be a bug.)
