Hi,

I cant say for sure, but I would look in the jetty-service.sar (or is it now just 
jetty-service.xml) in the deploy directory.  That
file (as I understand it) is responsible for configuring jetty.  Have a look at that, 
and probably also the jetty site/lists
(http://sf.net/projects/jetty) should help.
