We run JBoss in production on a Red Hat Linux 7.2 box... Sun Java 1.3.1_03/JBoss3
The machine is a Dual P3, and we haven't seen any of the dual proc bugs pop up for us... I guess we've been lucky. We are running mostly JSP/Servlet/EJB-based Web sites. This box pushes about 2.5 million page views per month... The biggest problem we have is JBoss and/or the JVM running out of RAM... We still haven't really figured out a graceful way to recover from this... Right now, either the java processes just die or Jetty starts freaking out and sending some very strange results...
